Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Siding/Gutter Foreman to lead our exterior construction team in delivering high-quality siding, gutter, and related exterior finishing projects. As a key leader on-site, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate installation activities, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project timelines. Responsibilities Lead a siding, gutter, and exterior finishing crews to ensure efficient and accurate installation of materials such as metal siding, vinyl siding, exterior trim carpentry, and roofing systems. Coordinate with project managers and clients to schedule work phases, manage resources, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Enforce strict adherence to construction safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses, ladder safety procedures, heavy lifting protocols, and proper handling of power tools and hand tools. Ensure craftsmanship meets company standards and client expectations. Oversee site safety protocols including hazard assessments, proper scaffolding setup, and safe use of heavy equipment like welding machines or concrete forming tools. Train crew members on a day to day basis. Requirements Proven experience on siding installation, gutters, and exterior restoration projects. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations such as OSHA standards related to ladder use, fall protection (safety harnesses), scaffolding setup, and general site safety. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, fabrication techniques, carpentry (including trim carpentry and framing), masonry work, welding, tile laying, plumbing basics, masonry skills, and remodeling projects. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and manage outdoor work environments in various weather conditions. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance. Pay:
