$36-38 per hour with Benefits Overview Epitec is seeking a Production Supervisor to support a high-volume manufacturing environment in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced operations, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about driving safety, quality, and productivity improvements. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, support employee engagement, and help ensure production goals are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise production team members in a manufacturing environment Drive daily operational performance to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals Coach, mentor, and develop employees to support team success Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred Experience in a supervisory, manufacturing, military, or related leadership role Internship and co-op experience will be considered Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends Effective communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies Six Sigma training or experience Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Background in continuous improvement initiatives Additional Details Overtime may be required No travel required Training requirements: GRASP and HAZCOM training are not required for this position Why Epitec?
