$30•40/hour (Based on Experience) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Health Savings Account (HSA) Equal Opportunity Employer Schedule Full-Time Monday•Friday In-Person Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Production Foreman to lead commercial roofing crews on new construction and reroof projects. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong experience installing commercial roofing systems, leading field crews, coordinating daily jobsite activities, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. This position works closely with Superintendents and Project Managers to deliver successful projects while providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Crew Leadership & Field Operations Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on new construction and reroof projects. Assign daily work activities and ensure crews understand project requirements. Train, mentor, and develop crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability. Monitor productivity and workmanship to ensure projects remain on schedule. Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers and Superintendents. Roofing Installation Oversee installation of commercial roofing systems including:
TPO EPDM PVC
Modified Bitumen Built-Up Roofing (BUR) Metal Roofing Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. Troubleshoot installation issues and provide field solutions as needed. Safety Promote a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance at all times. Conduct daily jobsite safety meetings and toolbox talks. Verify all crew members are using proper PPE and following safe work practices. Identify and address potential hazards before work begins. Quality Control Inspect completed work throughout each phase of the project. Ensure installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations. Correct deficiencies promptly and maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Materials & Equipment Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition. Report equipment repairs or replacement needs. Minimize material waste and monitor inventory usage. Documentation Complete daily reports, jobsite documentation, and production updates. Track crew hours, materials, and project progress. Communicate delays, change orders, or field issues to management promptly. Customer Relations Maintain a professional presence on every jobsite. Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors. Help resolve field concerns while maintaining excellent customer service. Qualifications Experience Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience Previous Foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Experience with new construction and reroof projects Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems Skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Basic computer and smartphone proficiency for daily reporting Certifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred Manufacturer certifications are a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Comfortable working at heights Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely Ability to lift roofing materials and equipment as required Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the workday Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Why Join Us?
