Your Day-to-Day Lead safe work practices, housekeeping standards, and asset care. Ensure equipment reliability by identifying and escalating issues promptly. Support production goals through waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner across shifts to align production priorities and performance goals. Use OPEN+ tools to identify root causes, solve problems, and improve results. Coach and develop teams to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and engagement. Supervise and support direct and indirect reports through effective leadership and accountability. Assist with workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management. Collaborate across functions to resolve personnel, quality, safety, and equipment issues. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Who We're Looking For Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. Manufacturing leadership experience. 3-5 years of production floor experience. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, workforce planning, and operational challenges. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methods preferred. Understanding of quality systems, quality control, and quality assurance practices. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and related production systems. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer focus. Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
