We are currently seeking a supervisor for our production team. This role is responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily operations of the manufacturing facility by safely producing, handling, packaging and processing food and non-food products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently manage a team while monitoring and maintaining compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. This position carries a salary starting at $25 per hour based on experience and expertise. It will further include a competitive benefits and Personal Time Off package. This position is located at our manufacturing facility in Paducah, Kentucky. Our facility is tobacco, drug and vape free. All Cryogenic Processors, LLC positions must successfully pass a State Background check. Work Schedule

• 5pm•Schedule may vary due to production demands • Occasional overtime may be required based on production demands Physical Requirements • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday • Ability to bend, reach, push, pull and perform repetitive motions • Ability to work in varying temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas when required Job Responsibilities • Handle Food and non-food products in a manufacturing environment • Oversee production employees • Schedule team • Affectively communicate and convey information and instructions • Correctly Report and approve teams timesheets • Prepare, process, package, label and palletize products • Load and unload production equipment • Assist with operation of production and packaging equipment as trained • Clean and sanitize production equipment, utensils, tools, and work areas according to company procedures • Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout shift • Follow written work instructions, production records, and sanitations procedures • Report equipment issues, product concerns, or food safety concerns to supervisors • Perform other production related duties as assigned • Follow all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements • Coordinate effectively with other departments and management • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Train employees • Follow and enforce applicable federal, state, and local food safety laws and regulations, including FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), FSMA requirements, Kentucky food safety requirements, and company food safety policies and procedures • Follow and enforce all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) including but not limited to: o No Jewelry in production areas o No false fingernails or nail enhancements o No false eyelashes o No cell phones in production areas o No food, beverages, gum, or tobacco products in production areas o Maintain proper personal hygiene and handwashing practices o Follow all sanitation, allergen control, and contamination prevention procedures • The company supplies required training in the following areas: o Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) o Allergen Awareness and Control o Organic Production Requirements o Halal Production Requirements o Kosher Production Requirements o Food Safety and Sanitation Requirements o Employee Safety o Food Safety and Sanitation Requirements o Employee Safety o Equipment Operation•as assigned Minimum Requirements • 2 to 5 years management experience • General math skills for counting, weighing, measuring and recording production information • Good organizational skills • Ability to follow written and verbal instruction • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Dependable attendance and punctuality • Willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities • Manufacturing experience • Food production experience•preferred • Bachelor's degree•preferred
