Determine and communicate job assignments to production operators (including job rotations) and build operator capabilitiesOversee and lead production line activities per standard work to meet goals for and improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performanceContinuously support and encourage production operators to be positive, work as a team, grow their skills, and meet production line performance goals. Recognize positive performance.
