What you'll do We are seeking a strong, energetic, and resourceful leader with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include leading daily Assembly operations, planning and assigning work, monitoring production schedules, quality, and 6S activities, analyzing production metrics (OEE, scrap, downtime), maintaining production systems and reports, supporting new product launches and engineering changes, optimizing staffing and process flow, driving continuous improvement, motivating and developing employees, conducting interviews and performance reviews, resolving employee concerns, enforcing safety policies, and achieving departmental performance targets.
