Job Description
We are looking for strong, energetic and resourceful leader who has a positive attitude and can adapt to challenging situations. In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Day to Day Leadership of Assembly Teams. Planning, assigning, and directing Team Members work. Daily Monitoring of Production Schedules, Quality and 6S Practices. Evaluating days on hand reports, calculating number of workers and time required for the completion of job assignment. Read and analyze production records, scrap records, OEE Indicator and Unplanned hours report.. Daily Maintenance of BDE (Production Data) System, SharePoint, etc. Supports Project teams with Project Launches and Process/Engineering Changes. Supports the concepts of assembly manning/ planning , layout, organization and assembly process flows. Recommend & implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Conducting job interviews, overseeing employee training; appraising employee performance; rewarding and disciplining employees. Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances. Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Reach assigned department targets.
