Key Responsibilities Hold Shift Leaders accountable for safety, food safety, and GMP compliance across all crews and shifts. Own product quality end-to-end. Drive production efficiency. Verify preventive maintenance and daily equipment checks across all packing, baling, palletizing, and screening equipment. Maintain consistent cleaning and sanitation standards across all shifts and crews Manage staffing, overtime, training documentation, and shift-to-shift handoffs; coach and develop Shift Leaders and line workers. Qualifications 3+ years of supervisory experience in packaging or production Familiarity with rice packaging equipment preferred Bilingual preferred
