Panel Shop Foreman Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $35.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 06:00pm) Assign work to personnel; supervise to ensure they are performing to potential. Oversee assembly of panels from parts and materials, including weldments. Ensure work is executed in the most effective manner in regard to time, cost and function. Direct the daily work activity of shop personnel.

Panel Shop Foreman Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Associates degree related to manufacturing or business; or equivalent education and experience 2+ years of leadership experience in a panel shop Strong knowledge of industrial control panels, electrical assemblies, and shop fabrication processes Working knowledge of welding, fabrication, and panel assembly processes Experience in industrial automation and control systems manufacturing preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
