A Production Plant Foreman works with the Plant Manager or Supervisor in scheduling the activities of the employees and team leaders. Meets regularly with the team leaders to communicate anticipated production sequences, to discuss potential production problems, and to provide opportunity for input on improvement of work processes and work flow. Assist in assuring quality and safety of production procedures.

The Hydrotest Foreman (HF) - is an individual that has been selected to plan, organize and control production in an organization to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard and code.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Make sure all work areas stay up to date to maintain workload for each day Manage jobs on each work area ensuring all jobs are moving in the allocated time for that project to hit all target due dates Keep crews motivated and pushing to produce the best product day in and day out Help control documentation and drawings on each job and coordinate approved quality during each step with QA/QC Maintain proper training of all employees, ensuring everyone is up to date Ensure all equipment follows and built to customer required spec Enforce quality and performance on all equipment during the hydro process Maintain all equipment to safety standards for daily operationsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma Minimum five years' experience in a relevant domain and ten years in management positions. Excellent communications skills in English and Spanish (if applicable). Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing techniques Knowledge of quality systems and standards Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental standards and compliance Knowledge of process improvement techniques. Knowledge of machines and tools associated with our product line. Valid U.S. driver's license.Expected hours:
