Ability to coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to meet production goals. Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to project sites as needed. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Position Summary The Heavy Civil Foreman is a mid-level leadership position that reports to the Superintendent. This role is responsible for coordinating, directing, and overseeing daily field operations on heavy civil construction projects. Candidates may have experience in base work, concrete construction, utility installation, or a combination of these disciplines. The Heavy Civil Foreman is responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. This position provides leadership to crews, coordinates equipment and material needs, and works closely with project management and supervisory personnel to support successful project execution. Duties and Responsibilities 40% Management Provides management and oversight for all decisions regarding asphalt paving projects, personnel, equipment, problem resolutions, and overall effectiveness of projects. Monitor labor, haul, equipment production, and cost for each project.
