As a Foreman, you will oversee daily operations, manage teams of skilled workers, and coordinate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope. Your expertise in construction management and safety protocols will drive project success while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Duties Supervise and manage crews during the erection of metal building components, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications Coordinate with project managers to develop daily work plans, schedules, and resource allocation for efficient workflow Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide installation processes Ensure compliance with federal construction safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company safety policies at all times Oversee quality control measures, inspecting work for accuracy, structural integrity, and adherence to design standards Operate heavy equipment such as crane and fork lift. Skills Extensive experience in metal building erection, metal roofing, and metal trim application.
