Job Description
Now Hiring Production Supervisor West Monroe, LA Pay Rate:
$22.00- $24.
Shift:
40-60 hours per week Be the Reason the Shift Runs Right Experience Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience required Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to maintain accountability and motivate employees Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Job Duties Supervise production employees throughout the shift Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance needs Ensure compliance with safety procedures and work instructions Coordinate workflow to maximize production efficiency Coach, mentor, and support production team members Track attendance, productivity, and shift performance Conduct routine production floor walkthroughs Resolve employee and operational issues as they arise Complete production reports and communicate updates to management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around production equipment Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting "My staffmark recruiter is so kind, she has an excellent attitude and can focus on my needs" — Hilario, Staffmark Associate We've got manufacturing jobs open now for Production Supervisors who know how to keep things running.
