Job Summary Seeking a 1st‑shift Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations, support advanced production processes, and drive performance across quality, safety, and output targets. Job Description Monitor production line performance and implement corrective actions to resolve process issues Ensure schedules are met, resources are allocated effectively, and production flow remains uninterrupted Plan and coordinate daily production activities while providing clear direction to team members Track throughput, cycle time, and scrap levels each day to maintain operational efficiency Partner with production and maintenance teams to ensure proper use of manufacturing equipment Foster open communication with production staff regarding goals, expectations, policies, and procedures Optimize workforce utilization through cross‑training, development, and effective delegation Lead improvement initiatives focused on quality, service, safety, and cost Support the development, execution, and sustainability of operating procedures Guide the team in understanding KPIs, conducting gap analysis, and driving action‑oriented results Serve as a technical resource to operators, assisting with minor equipment or production issues Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company health and safety policies Education / Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience 5-7 years of production or manufacturing experience Strong team‑oriented mindset Experience building or enhancing team‑based environments Demonstrated success working with cross‑functional groups Strong communication and leadership skills Hands‑on manufacturing experience Familiarity with world‑class manufacturing methodologies (SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.) Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
