Job Description
Currently seeking a Production Assistant Supervisor for a full time
- temporary to permanent position in Carver, MA. Responsibilities of Assistant Supervisor
- Assist with monitoring production floor by completing process control checks and visual inspections
- Train new employees in processes and safety protocols
- Consistently make improvements in processes to optimize operating efficiency
- Identify and troubleshoot quality or safety issues that may arise
- Work Closely with various department supervisors and operators
- Maintain all records, data, and documents Requirements of Production Assistant Supervisor
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Total working knowledge of plant operations and equipment
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility
- Previous experience in a leadership role a plus
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Good computer skills
Hours:
6:00pm-6:00am 2 day on 2 day off rotating schedulePay Rate:
$24.00- 26.
