This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of complex, custom manufacturing projects. The supervisor will be responsible for providing essential technical guidance, monitoring project progress, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
Technical and Operational Support Provide hands-on, technical support and troubleshooting for the Component Assembly, Electrical, Refrigeration, and Test teams. Serve as the primary technical resource to resolve day-to-day manufacturing challenges and maintain production flow. Monitor daily build progress and performance against established project expectations, timelines, and quality standards. Identify and implement corrective actions to address deviations from the plan and mitigate production risks. Project and Team Management Provide day-to-day project support, ensuring all teams have the necessary resources and information to complete tasks efficiently. Collaborate daily with the Large and Custom Manufacturing Manager to align on production goals, project status, and resource allocation. Manage team priorities and assignments to maximize throughput and meet delivery schedules. Continuous Improvement and Quality Embrace and actively assist with the implementation and sustainment of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles across all assigned work areas. Drive continuous improvement activities to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with established safety protocols and quality standards. Required Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong technical background in refrigeration and electrical systems. Mechanical assembly experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to diverse manufacturing teams. Familiarity with Lean and 5S methodologies preferred. Why Join Us?
