In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, coordinate staffing and workflow, and ensure products meet strict quality and safety standards. You will drive continuous improvement, track key performance metrics, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to resolve issues. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and output targets Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and work assignments on the production floor Monitor equipment performance and initiate basic troubleshooting or maintenance requests Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives in processes and workflow Train, coach, and evaluate production team members to build skills and accountability Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards and procedures Track production metrics and prepare shift reports for leadership review Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and logistics to resolve production issues Required Skills Production supervision Lean manufacturing Continuous improvement Safety compliance (OSHA familiarity) Quality control Scheduling and labor planning ERP or MRP production systems Root cause analysis Mechanical aptitude Performance reporting and KPIs
