The Supervisor maintains product quality, food safety, and workflow consistency while communicating issues promptly to the Sausage Production Manager. Supervisors ensure employees complete all production tasks and follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and equipment breakdown procedures before leaving for the day. This role acts as the direct leader on the production floor, supporting the Manager in achieving departmental goals and ensuring all products meet Bianco specifications. Supervise production staff across all sausage departments to maintain consistent workflow, efficiency, and adherence to expectations. 25% Attend pre-shift meetings with the Sausage Production Manager and Plant Manager to review daily goals. Lead post-meeting huddles with Mix & Grind, Stuffing, Packing, and Packaging teams to communicate schedules, priorities, and expectations. 15% Operate grinders, stuffers, mixers, and other production machinery as needed to support workflow. Report machinery issues to the Maintenance Department to ensure continuous production. 15% Train new employees on procedures, provide coaching, and address performance issues. Ensure staff understand product specifications, food safety requirements, and proper equipment operation. 10% Ensure casings, ingredients, labels, and packaging materials are prepared for current and next-day production. Communicate supply needs to the Sausage Production Manager. 5% Review label verification forms, monitor sausage weights every 30 minutes, and inspect products to ensure they meet Bianco specifications. Report quality concerns to the Sausage Production Manager and Production Office. 5% Ensure all production tasks are completed and that the Sausage Room—including equipment and machinery—is properly cleaned, sanitized, and broken down before the end of the shift. 15% Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying workflow issues, recommending solutions, and assisting the Manager in implementing process improvements. 10%

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
