Hardscape Foreman/Crew Lead West Boylston, MA Apply We are hiring an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead a small crew through ecological landscape installation projects across Central Massachusetts. This is a field leadership role for someone who can read the plan, see the site, organize the crew, and keep work moving safely and efficiently with minimal oversight. You will lead the technical execution of landscape construction projects, including site preparation, layout, grading, drainage, planting, hardscape support, material staging, tool and equipment readiness, quality control, jobsite cleanup, daily documentation, and professional client communication. Your job is to make the plan buildable in the field. That means thinking ahead, loading the right tools, identifying material gaps before they stall the crew, keeping people clear on what matters each day, and knowing when to escalate scope, safety, layout, or client questions. We are looking for someone who cares about their craft, takes pride in clean execution, communicates clearly, and wants their work to mean more than installing another conventional landscape. You do not need to know everything.
