This position plays a key role in leading warehouse employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, promoting safety, and ensuring orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, manage competing priorities, solve problems, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Why Join Mitchell? Starting salary of $65,000 annually 4-day workweek — Monday through Thursday Consistent daytime schedule Opportunity to lead and develop a warehouse team Stable, year-round employment with an established company Opportunity to improve processes and contribute to warehouse efficiency Benefits and additional opportunities available based on company eligibility What You'll Do Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products Lead, train, and support warehouse employees to promote strong performance and productivity Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment Collaborate with logistics, sales, and other departments to meet customer demand and ensure timely deliveries Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse operations, inventory, and employee performance Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs Address and resolve issues related to product quality, safety, and inventory discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices Perform additional warehouse-related duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED equivalent Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field Experience in the beverage industry Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite Forklift certification Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse leadership position.

Stand and walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods Bend, reach, lift, and perform other physical warehouse activities Lift products weighing up to 50 lbs.
