Direct Hire / Permanent We have multiple Manufacturing, Engineering & Trades Supervisor openings throughout York County. These leadership opportunities for experienced professionals who enjoy developing teams, driving continuous improvement, and leading skilled technical employees in a fast-paced environment. These positions pay $70,000-$100,000+ annually and are permanent direct-hire opportunities . These are opportunities to step into high-visibility leadership roles where you'll oversee technical operations, mentor employees, champion safety initiatives, and support process improvements across a growing organization. Candidates with backgrounds in skilled trades, fabrication, maintenance, manufacturing, engineering, automation, electrical systems, or other technical disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Typical Daily Duties:

+ Lead, coach, and develop technical and skilled trades teams

+ Support daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement

+ Conduct employee training, performance reviews, and workforce development activities

+ Coordinate scheduling, workflow, resources, and operational priorities

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new initiatives

+ Assist with reporting, budgeting, project activities, audits, and operational planning

Skills & Experience We Are Seeking:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/manufacturing experience + 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience

+ Background in a technical, industrial, engineering, skilled trades, or manufacturing environment

+ Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

+ Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, quality systems, or operational excellence initiatives preferred

+ Ability to work in both office and production environments, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
