Onsite Job Description

Review feasibility stamping simulations for new parts to ensure processes and initial morphs are capable of delivering first time dimensional quality.

Review and ensure die designs and completed 3D processes meet Stellantis Global Standards.

Monitor pattern and casting manufacturing process to meet program timing.

Supervise/Manage 3D machining and construction of all dies.

Ensure that the machining meets Stellantis Global Standards.

Audit die construction tracking documents.

Review die components to meet required standards.

Monitor the die construction process to meet program milestones and incorporate approved engineering changes.

Attend supplier meetings.

Review tooling timing.

Review tooling design.

Review tooling progress.

Classify parts by stamping process type.

Manage simulation reporting.

Manage and update the buy stamping parts tracking file.

Must be able to work with vendors and review timing schedules and make sure they are adhering to their commitments. Technical Skills

  • Strong ability and knowledge in Excell, Word and powerpoint. Must be able to create complex tables and graphs in excell. Must be able to sort complex excell files. This is a must have skill.
  • Strong understanding of die-making processes and tooling technologies.

i. At least 1 years in the managerial field , must be very organized. They will be managing a lot of data from suppliers.

This is an entry level position. This candidate MUST very high proficiency in Excell. Must be able to chart, graph and sort large files. Be very organized and deal with many suppliers.
