2nd shift, 2-10pm I'm partnering with a growing F&B manufacturer that is looking for a Production Supervisor to help lead operations at a facility in Central Michigan. This is an exciting opportunity to join a site that recently underwent a transformation and is focused on building a high-performance, customer-driven culture.

What You'll Lead:

Report to the Production Manager Lead approximately 40-45 production employees Drive safety, quality, productivity, and daily operational execution Build accountability, urgency, and strong floor leadership Partner with maintenance, quality, and sanitation to maximize performance About the

Facility:

Non-union environment Food and beverage manufacturing Two production lines Modernized equipment

Ideal Background:
