Job Description
Country Fresh is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving production performance, promoting a culture of safety and quality, and developing high-performing teams. Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
Monitor production equipment, coordinate repairs, and ensure proper sanitation standards are maintained.
Champion food safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Oversee production scheduling, staffing, and material readiness to meet customer demand.
Coach, train, and develop team members while fostering employee engagement and accountability.
Manage employee performance, timekeeping, corrective actions, and labor relations matters as needed.
Investigate and report workplace incidents and support ongoing safety initiatives and training. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.3+ years of food manufacturing experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while driving a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
