$20-23 per hour (DOE) The Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist provides administrative and clerical support by maintaining accurate records, entering and updating information, preparing reports, coordinating schedules, and assisting with compliance documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company systems and databases. Organize, file, and maintain digital and physical records to ensure information is easily accessible and retrievable. Prepare standard reports using established templates and ensure information is accurate and delivered on time. Assist with meeting scheduling, calendar management, and other logistical coordination. Support compliance activities by ensuring documentation meets company standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Perform basic data validation and quality checks, including identifying missing or incomplete information. Respond to internal inquiries and provide general clerical and administrative support to various departments. Maintain organized documentation and follow established processes and procedures. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook . Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with databases, data-entry systems, and other electronic information systems. Ability to work independently while also supporting team members and departmental needs. Preferred Experience Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or data-entry role. Familiarity with data entry, document management, and document control processes. Experience working with electronic databases or document management systems is a plus.
