is a rapidly growing medical and recreational cannabis processing center specializing in top-quality cannabis extracts with a solid focus on manufacturing a broad range of high-quality products within our brand and across multiple brand lines. Because of this growth, we are searching for new talent to be part of our hard-working and highly motivated team. The Flower Production Shift Lead is responsible for the supervision of product production, assuring that every stage of the process is carried out accurately, efficiently, safely, and conformance with all regulatory requirements and GMP protocols.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct associates on production schedule as given priority by the Shift Supervisor Review all production sheets for accuracy and material usage and address any issues with the relative production lead and shift supervisor. Finalize all production batches in Metrc/Distru and fill out Chain of Custody (COC) forms to turn in to the Metrc Department for review. Report any safety issues to the Shift Supervisor

IMMEDIATELY.

Address any production issues with the production leads and/or Shift Supervisor. Address any GMP issues with team members and/or Shift Supervisor. Advise Shift Supervisor on any material/supply/tool/equipment needs of the production leads. Perform audits of any materials/supplies as needed or directed by the Shift Supervisor. Any additional tasks as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21 or over (required by law). Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Multi-tasking, strong organizational, and time management skills Must be detail-oriented. Maintain a positive attitude. Strong communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
