Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and maintain high-quality output. Your leadership will motivate teams, optimize processes, and uphold compliance with industry regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency, foster a safety-first environment, and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of manufacturing targets Enforce safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols Coordinate with team members to meet quality specifications while maintaining efficiency Monitor equipment operation, perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance as needed Lead training sessions on GMP procedures, safety standards, and proper use of machinery Conduct regular safety audits, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents Oversee heavy lifting procedures, ensuring proper techniques are used to protect team members' health and safety Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on production supervision or team leadership Strong mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operation and perform basic troubleshooting Familiarity with safety standards in production settings and experience implementing safety protocols Knowledge of GMP guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations Ability to enforce PPE use consistently and promote a culture of safety among team members Physical capability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during shifts Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate diverse teams effectively
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
