Overview We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Shift-Flexible Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations across varying shifts. Duties Supervise daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production targets are met while adhering to safety and quality standards Coordinate and manage production teams across different shifts, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Interpret manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and work instructions to guide assembly and mechanical tasks accurately Utilize measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to support assembly line operations and material handling Enforce safety protocols consistently, conduct safety audits, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing lean manufacturing practices Oversee manual handling tasks and heavy lifting procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining productivity Skills Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility environments with a strong understanding of production processes Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and operate measuring instruments effectively Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Demonstrated ability to manage production or assembly teams with excellent communication and leadership skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process improvement techniques, and safety standards in production settings Familiarity with manufacturing management systems and interpreting production documents for quality control purposes Ability to perform heavy lifting manually when required while adhering to safety protocols Join us as a Shift-Flexible Production Supervisor and be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence!
