This is a direct hire position. 2nd shift: 3 pm-11:30 pm 3rd shift:11 PM- 7:30 am This position will train on 1st shift for 6 weeks. Responsibilities for the

Sterile Processing Manager:

Assign production tasks and oversee production operations within the cleanroom, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Implement disciplinary actions and maintain documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. Organize and prioritize production activities to optimize efficiency and meet production targets. Communicate and document any operational needs or issues both within and outside of the cleanroom environment, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to address them promptly. Communicate with the Quality Team to address deviations or incidents, ensuring compliance with quality management systems. Liaise with various departments to facilitate efficient product flow throughout the production process, resolving any interdepartmental issues or bottlenecks as they arise. Verify incoming materials and components in the cleanroom, ensuring traceability and compliance with quality standards. Provide leadership and management to supervisors on respective shifts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance expectations. Track and communicate equipment issues, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed to minimize production disruptions. Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Identify training deficiencies for cleanroom technicians and develop personnel growth opportunities, implementing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications for the

Sterile Processing Manager:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in cleanroom management preferred. Proven leadership experience in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Experience with employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
