- Material Handling? You'll be:
- Supervising 15-35 hourly UAW employees across all aspects of operation, including Inbound, Outbound, Cross-Dock, and Inventory.
- Delivering on key objectives such as Safety Metrics, Quality Metrics, Inventory Accuracy, and Process Improvements.
- Championing a strong UAW relationship by applying the CompanyContract and motivating the workforce as required. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a similar role.
- Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills and can maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
