  • Material Handling? You'll be:
  • Supervising 15-35 hourly UAW employees across all aspects of operation, including Inbound, Outbound, Cross-Dock, and Inventory.
  • Delivering on key objectives such as Safety Metrics, Quality Metrics, Inventory Accuracy, and Process Improvements.
  • Championing a strong UAW relationship by applying the CompanyContract and motivating the workforce as required. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills and can maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
