•As the Die Cast Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the die casting process. You will lead a team of skilled employees, ensuring the efficient and effective production of aluminum die castings while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your leadership, guidance, and coaching will be key in ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities, working together to meet production goals and maintain a safe, productive, and positive working environment. Die Cast experience a must Supervise all aspects of the Die Casting Departments. Ensure all jobs are run at standard rates/production efficiency maximized Maintain effective communication with all personnel Ability to analyze casting issues and implement corrective actions Must be able to work in an environment without temperature control.
