Utilize power tools, hand tools, measuring instruments, and mechanical knowledge to support assembly processes. Requirements Proven factory experience with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and facility operations. Demonstrated experience managing production or assembly teams in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, production documents, and using measuring instruments. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly. Familiarity with safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols. Experience with forklift operation or certification is highly desirable.
