Traveling Site/Shift Supervisor :

Oversee all day-to-day operations of CER personnel and quality control operations. Manage a positive customer relation with all corporate employees. The ideal candidate selected for this position will: Must be willing to inspect parts as needed Check-in at the site on off shifts as needed Assist with new job set-up Coordinate and assess required training and team building Responsible for ensuring accountability and discipline Communicate and prioritize daily work assignments to the team Communicate the overtime schedule to the work team Participate in root cause analysis and team problem solving activities (ex. 8D reports, department meetings, etc.) Prepare all incident reports to include identification of root cause and corrective action Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization Adherence to all company policies and procedures (ex. Quality Policy Manual, Colleague Handbook) Responsible for ensuring the team has the necessary tools and materials to properly perform their roles safely and efficiently Required skills needed of the
