Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's management system to ensure products meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific requirements that company deems reasonable.
  • Oversee internal audits, external audits, and corrective action processes.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) initiatives
  • Manage inspection processes, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
  • Analyze quality metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and purchasing to resolve quality issues.
  • Review customer complaints and lead resolution efforts Recommended skills:
  • Self-motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills who is willing to learn.
  • Mechanical background or critical thinking/problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing/production environment or similar mechanical environment.
  • Quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Experience in an
ISO 9001
work environment.
  • Ability to cross train in other departments.
