This opportunity puts your leadership, manufacturing experience, and problem-solving skills to work keeping people productive, quality high, and safety at the center of every shift. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience Requirements 5+ years of manufacturing management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Previous leadership experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment

Experience interviewing, coaching, mentoring, and developing employees

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and decision-making skills Job Duties Lead and develop fabrication supervisors and production teams

Oversee department performance, productivity, quality, and safety metrics

Ensure production schedules are met and machine builds are completed on time

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Monitor workforce performance and implement corrective actions as needed

Collaborate across departments to support operational goals

Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing manufacturing environment

Support employee training, engagement, and professional development Physical Capabilities Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed

Lift up to 50 lbs. independently

Lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. with assistance
