Retread Production Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY
The Retread Production Supervisor oversees all employees on the manufacturing plant team.
Essential Job Functions:
Provides consistent and effective leadership to all employees on the manufacturing plant team. Identifies and implements continuous improvement strategies to increase plant efficiency. Ensures all team members maintain a clean and safe working environment compliant with environmental regulations. Lead daily plant routines and provide day-to-day leadership to the team. Maintain and improve inventory levels and turnover and ensure plant team successfully hits production goals. Build work schedules and manage plant work flow. Creates a positive team oriented working environment for all plant employees to maintain high employee engagement and low turnover. Works with Director of Retread and other company leaders to ensure plant processes align with company strategies. Provides helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service to all customers with a We Can Do That attitude. Monitor and inspect production procedures and equipment to ensure the highest level of quality. Leader in safety and follows all safety guidlines Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Continuous improvement experience a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with various levels of management.
Compensation details:
