As a Production Lead your primary responsibility is to assure balance production lines and be accountable for obtaining production schedules. You will guidance to direct labor and support the Training Coordinator when necessary. Job Responsibilities- Coordinates work direction for direct labor.
- Works with the planner/scheduler to understand daily schedules and assure production lines are balanced to achieve requirements.
- Ability to perform and demonstrate all manufacturing procedures after training and the ability to train operators on manufacturing procedure.
- Monitor route packets and data entry forms to assure they are filled out properly. Perform parts issuing at partial and milestone confirmation points.
- Monitor direct labor performance, quality workmanship and attendance. Provide feedback to supervisory staff and direct labor.
- Carry out duties in compliance with established business policies.
- Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.
- Understand the critical to quality features of product lines and emphasize importance to patient safety.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2+ years of experience working with
ISO13485
compliance.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Know how to implement and get results from Lean initiatives.
- Must have the ability to analyze and problem solve in a timely manner, handle multiple tasks, work under pressure.
- Demonstrated success with engaging the workforce, conflict management and working in a team environment.
