This opportunity puts your leadership, manufacturing experience, and problem-solving skills to work keeping people productive, quality high, and safety at the center of every shift. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily production operations within a food manufacturing environment while ensuring compliance with all safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will oversee production employees, coordinate workflow, manage reporting and documentation, conduct training, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational and customer expectations. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a food production or food manufacturing environment Proven leadership and team management skills Experience enforcing safety, food safety, and production standards Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to learn and utilize SAP software Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective verbal, written, interpersonal, and instructional communication skills Job Duties Supervise daily production activities and employees on assigned shift Ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, quality, and production standards Organize workflow to meet production goals and customer specifications Investigate and document safety incidents and recommend corrective actions Process and maintain daily production paperwork and reports Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations Conduct shift meetings and communicate work-related updates Process employee payroll accurately and timely Coordinate with other departments to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards Provide on-the-job, monthly, and annual employee training Resolve production issues and operational challenges as they arise Prioritize workloads to maximize efficiency and output Submit required daily shift reports and documentation Complete production, labor, and material reports for each shift Support employee development and growth initiatives Drive continuous improvement projects and process enhancements Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Extended periods of standing and walking Frequent computer use throughout the workday Frequent bending, stooping, and ladder climbing Ability to obtain forklift, pallet jack, and aerial lift certifications Ability to work in a production and food manufacturing environment Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
