What You'll Do:
Work directly with customers to understand ingredient needs and production timelinesSupervise ingredient inventory, receiving, and kitting operationsEnsure accurate ingredient tracking, documentation, and reportingCoordinate, conduct, and verify periodic inventory countsLead, train, and support team members in proper workflows and proceduresPartner with planning, shipping, and production departmentsMaintain high standards of safety, quality, and complianceRecommend improvements to processes, systems, and workflowsWhat You Need to
Bring:
Associate degree preferred, but not required3-5+ years of supervisory, warehouse, or inventory experience preferredStrong math, communication, and computer skillsAbility to lift up to 60 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally with or without reasonable accommodationsComfortable working in warehouse environments with fluctuating temperaturesAbility to work around alcohol and follow all required hygiene/safety guidelines (hairnets, no jewelry, etc.)Reliable transportation to the Cold Spring areaReady to Apply?
