Oversee daily production activities during the shift and ensure production goals are met Lead, coach, and motivate production employees in a manufacturing environment Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to maximize productivity Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective solutions Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer and business objectives are achieved What You Need to Bring to the

Fabrication Supervisor Role:
