Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Supervisor to join our greenhouse team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily greenhouse production, leading production staff, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion of production schedules. The ideal candidate has greenhouse production experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for growing plants and developing teams.
Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8:00a-4:30a, including some weekends and extended hours during peak production seasons.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily greenhouse production and work alongside production staffPartner with Growers and Assistant Growers to execute production schedulesTrain, coach, and support production staff on proper planting, transplanting, spacing, order fulfillment, and seasonal product assemblyMonitor production goals, staffing, and quality standardsEnsure accurate use of production materials, labeling, and greenhouse placementMaintain inventory of production materials and communicate supply needsOperate and train staff on greenhouse production equipmentMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with Worker Protection Standards (WPS)Lead daily production meetings and identify opportunities to improve efficiencyAttend required company meetings and perform other duties as assignedQualifications & Skills1+ years of greenhouse production supervision or equivalent experience preferredPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredCandidates must be 18 years of ageStrong knowledge of greenhouse production and plant careExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead, motivate, and develop a teamSelf-motivated with strong attention to detailMust be able to read, write, and speak English; bilingual Spanish is a plusExperience operating greenhouse equipment preferredPhysical RequirementsFrequently stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive movementsLift, push, and pull up to 50 poundsWork indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsSafely operate around greenhouse equipment and uneven surfacesSome of our benefits may include: Competitive Wages Day, Evening, and Weekend Schedules Tuition Assistance for eligible employees Scholarship Opportunities Employee Discounts Health and Welfare Insurances 401K Savings with company match Employee Referral Bonus Internship ProgramCome grow with us!
