Position Details Location:
Lake City, MN Starting Pay:
$24.00-29.75/hr + $2.00 shift differential
Shift Details:
5:00PM
  • 3:30 AM (Core Hours) Monday
  • Thursday OT as needed Full Time / Direct Hire Benefits starting Day 1

  • Eligible after 6 months of service Role & Responsibilities Providing daily direction for the team Lead required daily team meetings Meeting production schedules and solving root causes for potential disruptions Orients, trains, and/or facilitates training needs of members in production processes Maintaining standard work and training members to accomplish standard work requirements Appropriately escalating issues to the supervisor Supporting team goals in: Safety Quality Efficiency Continuous Improvement Provide regular progress reports to supervisor Communicates production, safety, & quality issues Skills and Abilities Computer skills required (spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
) Must possess blueprint reading skills and in the use of precision measuring tools. Must be highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to influence and adapt to continuous improvement driven change. Ability to perform in a variety of manufacturing jobs. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred. 1-2 years' experience informally leading teams Experience and willingness to train others. Preferred Qualifications 4-6 years manufacturing/distribution experience strongly preferred.
