PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

POSITION SUMMARY

Revolv Manufacturing Production Supervisor will work with production personnel to supervise and drive productivity and efficiency on the shop floor.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide work direction to production personnel Assure production schedules are met Promote and enforce safety policies Assure efficient changeovers Promote a positive and productive working environment Promote cost savings, cycle time reductions, efficient arm utilization Assess and provide corrective action to non-compliant parts Assist in fixture design and request desired tool and fixture changes Support continuous improvement initiatives Verify paperwork/procedures are being followed Keep work areas clean and organized Review work instructions to ensure appropriate updates are marked up Oversee operator inspection of molded and assembled parts Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED COMPETENCY, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Prior experience in manufacturing preferred Good organizational skills, self-motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize, attention to detail and willingness to learn Experience with rotational molding and assembly processes and equipment preferred Good people skills Experience in the production part processes Familiar with Blueprint reading a plus

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
