Duties Coordinate and supervise all aspects of manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with industry standards such as OSHA and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Oversee the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure worker safety at all times Manage staffing levels, assign tasks, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence Monitor equipment performance, conduct routine maintenance checks, and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly Ensure compliance with safety standards in production, including heavy lifting procedures and hazard mitigation Drive process improvements by analyzing workflow efficiency, reducing waste, and implementing best practices Requirements Associates or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business or related discipline 5+ years in leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in manufacturing management or a similar leadership role within a production environment Strong mechanical knowledge to understand machinery operation, maintenance needs, and troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and heavy lifting safety procedures Familiarity with GMP regulations and quality control processes in manufacturing settings Excellent communication skills to coordinate with teams, suppliers, and management effectively Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement You must be a current Twin City resident You must be authorized to work permanently in the US Join us in shaping efficient manufacturing processes while prioritizing safety and quality!
