This is a hands-on position for someone who can lead a small crew while still working alongside them. The right person will help organize daily production, keep jobs moving, maintain quality, and solve problems as they come up. We're looking for someone with: Cabinetmaking or woodworking experience Strong knowledge of shop tools and cabinet construction Good organization and problem-solving skills The ability to lead, train, and hold others accountable A dependable attitude and strong work ethic Previous leadership experience is preferred, but we would also consider an experienced cabinetmaker who is ready to step into a foreman role.
