Shift:

Supervise, plan, and coordinate mold and pour operations on assigned shift Ensure quality products, efficient material flow, and proper machine and equipment operation Select, train, coach, and counsel employees to maintain safe and efficient work performance Organize and assign work duties while monitoring employee performance and productivity Investigate and resolve equipment issues, quality concerns, and production delays Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to improve workflow and operational efficiency Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor - 2nd

Shift Role:
