Union Steel Erection Superintendent - PEMB Midwest & Central U.S. | Full-Time Project Travel | $50-$60/hr + perks! You know steel erection. You know how to lead a crew. We're looking for an experienced Steel Erection Superintendent to lead structural steel and Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) projects. You'll oversee crews of 40-70+, work with union labor, and own field execution from erection planning through completion. The Perks $50-$60/hour, based on experience Overtime $900/month truck allowance + company fuel card Per diem/subsistence based on project location Benefits provided through the Union Potential project-specific bonus based on safety, quality, and profitability Strong growth and advancement opportunity What You'll Do Lead structural steel and PEMB erection projects Manage field crews of 40-70+ Coordinate erection sequencing, deliveries, cranes, bracing, manpower, and equipment Oversee PEMB, insulated metal panel, and metal roofing work Drive safety, quality, production, and schedule Work closely with foremen, PMs, GCs, customers, and union leadership Manage project reporting, QA/QC, drawings, job costs, and field issues Mentor foremen and crew leads What We're Looking For Strong structural steel erection experience Superintendent or comparable field leadership experience Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) experience Experience leading large crews and complex steel projects Experience working with union crews Strong safety mindset and field leadership skills Willingness to travel full-time to project sites Stable work history

Preferred:

Insulated metal panel/roof experience, Ironworker certifications, and

OSHA 500.
