Job Description
USA -MO Lee's Summit Full time R28930 Join our team as a Production Supervisor and play a key role in leading a high-performing manufacturing operation. In this position, you will provide daily direction and support to production associates, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance. You'll work closely with frontline teams to create a positive, engaged work environment while driving continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen reliability, efficiency, and overall plant performance. As a leader on the production floor, you will coach and develop associates, foster a culture of accountability and ownership, and help teams identify and solve challenges using proven problem-solving and continuous improvement methods. From supporting training and standard operating procedures to implementing sustainable solutions that improve processes, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. + Facilitate daily start up, routine production and changeover processes for assigned lines using SAP tools.
+ Scheduling of personnel to include training, callouts, and Temporary employees.
+ Maintaining records for reprocess.
+ Collect and verify the accuracy of downtime worksheets.
+ Update and verify the accuracy of the daily production reports.
+ Collect, verify, and file the production checklists.
+ Verify production numbers with the warehouse and pack production numbers.
+ Implement the production plan for the shift.
+ Ensure that the current production schedule is being followed.
