We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who can do more than manage from a desk. This role is ideal for someone with CNC setup experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting employees, and keeping production moving. If you've loaded programs, troubleshot machines, trained operators, and led a team to hit production goals, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Lead a team of 3-6 production employees on 2nd shift Coach, train, and hold employees accountable Perform CNC setup and load programs as needed Troubleshoot machine and production issues Monitor quality, productivity, and safety Communicate effectively with employees and leadership Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment What You Bring ? CNC setup experience ? Ability to load and verify machine programs ? Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ? Previous manufacturing leadership experience ? Basic computer skills, including email ?
